An Oregon native, John has been immersed in the electrical industry since 1996. He co-founded PNW Electric with a mission to deliver professional results with a friendly, down-to-earth approach. From powering industrial complexes to handling everyday electrical needs, John brings integrity, precision, and lasting value to every project.

John attributes his strong work ethic to his parents, whose dedication and honesty continue to shape how he runs his business. That same commitment to integrity is at the heart of PNW Electric’s company culture.
Outside the Job Site
When he’s not on a job site, John is a devoted family man who enjoys outdoor adventures, sports, and exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. A lifelong Oregonian, he is also a proud supporter of U of O Athletics — Go Ducks!

Mason Menge
Co-owner, PNW Electric LLC
Mason was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship from an early age. Shortly after completing High School, he entered the electrical industry, following in the footsteps of his father. Mason began his career as a material handler and lighting technician, learning and expanding his skills.
Through years of hard work and perseverance, Mason completed his apprenticeship and earned his journeyman electrician license in 2008. His drive to grow within the field continued, and in 2015 he received an Oregon Supervising Electrician license, marking an important milestone in his career.
Shortly after, Mason founded his first electrical company, where he built a reputation for quality, reliability, and integrity. In 2022, he took a bold step forward by partnering with an old colleague to purchase and merge with a well-established electrical company. This merger gave rise to PNW Electric LLC, officially founded on May 2, 2022.
Today, Mason continues to lead with the same determination and passion that fueled his early career and is committed to delivering exceptional service across Oregon while carrying forward a family tradition of excellence in the electrical trade.
